In order to cultivate the younger generation to "love the elderly, care for the elderly, respect the elderly, and help the elderly" and take the initiative to care for the elderly in the community, the "我要讚佢大使" program of Sing Tao News Group, together with the members of the <Sai Kung Care Team>, including students of Youth College (Yeo Chei Man), led students from the primary schools in the district to learn how to make sesame cakes under the guidance by the instructors in the professional kitchen of Youth College (Yeo Chei Man) on May 19.

Ms. Mak Mei-kuen, Alice, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs Bureau; Ms. Lam Shuet-lai, Shirley, Permanent Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs Bureau; Ms. Ma King-fan, Kathy, Sai Kung District Officer and Ms. Tam Chuk-kwan, Sai Kung District Councillor and Po Lam Care Team Captain also came to cheer the students and make delicious cakes by hand.  Mr. Wong Chak-wing, Principal of Youth College (Yeo Chei Man), was also honoured to be invited to deliver a speech to encourage the students.

After completing the production, participants immediately brought the freshly baked delicacies to visit the elderly in the district, hoping to express their care and respect for the elderly, promote cross-generational integration, and jointly weave a better Hong Kong.
