Youth College Open Day 2027

Youth College’s annual Open Day is a highly anticipated event that attracts over 5,000 visitors each year, including students and teachers from secondary schools, educational institutions and NGOs, social workers, parents and the general public.

To enable students, parents and educational professionals to gain a deeper understanding of Youth College’s programme offerings and diverse progression pathways, Youth College will host its Open Day on 6 March (Friday) and 12 March (Friday) 2027. The events will offer students, parents, teachers, careers masters, social workers and the public comprehensive information on the Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) programmes, as well as insights into the latest trends in further education and career development.

Through a wide range of engaging activities, visitors can explore Youth College’s diverse study pathways, discover its broad spectrum of programme disciplines, visit the campuses and professional training facilities and experience its interactive, practice-based learning opportunities. Participants will also gain a better understanding of the distinctive values of DVE programmes and the vibrant campus life of Youth College.

Schools and organisations are welcome to register in advance for group visits at Open Day. Individual visitors are not required to register in advance and are welcome to visit the campus and participants in various interactive activities on Open Days without any prior registration.

VTC Careers Masters Reception (CMR) 2027

As one of the highlight events of the Youth College Open Day 2027, Youth College and Youth College International will jointly organize the VTC Careers Masters Reception 2027 on 26 February 2027 (Friday) at Youth College (Kowloon Bay). The seminar aims to help students and educational professionals make informed decisions and prepare for academic and career development.

The seminar will explore the diverse progression pathways available to Secondary 3 to Secondary 5 school leavers. Topics will include introductions to the Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) and Diploma of Vocational Baccalaureate (DVB) programmes, the latest admissions arrangements, insights on further studies opportunities. In addition, graduates of Youth College will share their personal experiences on further studies and career development, enabling participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the latest progression pathways.

Beyond the seminar sessions, participants will also have the opportunity to tour the campus facilities and experience firsthand Youth College’s dynamic learning environment.

By exploring diverse further study and career development pathways from multiple perspectives, participants will be better equipped with the latest educational information and industry trends. This will help students plan their further studies and career development at an early stage and identify progression pathways that best align with their interests, abilities and aspirations.
