The programme aims at providing students with necessary knowledge and skills of construction technology, covering Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) shooting, required for employment and career development in the construction industry. With student-centred approach, this 1-year programme provides students with basic construction knowledge, innovative technology and hands-on skills at various operational level. Students are equipped with appropriate competence in language and communication, numeracy, information technology and presentation skills to support continuing professional development and further study.
Graduates may decide to pursue further their studies or seek employment at junior level as technicians / BIM modellers / coordinators or assistant foremen.
